We are excited to announce that effective January 1st, Office360° has acquired Cardinal Workplace Solutions. Cardinal has been in business since 1954. Today, they are the largest independently-owned office products dealer in Kentucky. We are thrilled to be combining forces. They will continue to operate in Kentucky and Indiana under the new name of Cardinal Office360°. We believe that significant things are in store for the growth of Office360° as we expand our territory and gain talented and committed team members through this acquisition.

Background:

Cardinal Workplace Solutions has been serving local businesses throughout Kentucky, Southern Ohio, and Indiana for 65 years. With annual sales exceeding $20 Million dollars, Cardinal Workplace Solutions is the largest independently-owned office supply dealer in Kentucky. They are a customer service oriented company with 34 employees. Cardinal is headquartered in Frankfort, Kentucky with an additional warehouse location in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. These will remain operating as usual. However, the headquarters will transfer to the Office360° headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. All current employees will remain on from both organizations for a smooth and transparent transition.

Office360° and Cardinal Workplace Solutions share similar goals and values of being our customers’ partners. We want to ensure that they are entirely satisfied. We go full-circle to exceed expectations with every order. That mentality will continue with the addition of the Cardinal team. Steve Nahmias, an owner at Office360°, says, “We would like to continue expanding the superior level of service and support offered by the progressive, independent office products dealer. I believe that this new partnership with Cardinal will push us further in that direction.”
